Do you need a written valuation for your jewellery?

The valuation process begins with an appointment to examine the item or items under appraisal, to take details and photographs and to discuss in more detail your requirements. For instance, for insurance in which market you would replace should there be a loss. The appointment is usually at a client’s home, bank, solicitor’s or place of work. Further research and production of the document follow, the finished copy of which can be expected after about two weeks.
